CoWork Shetland have two offices available to rent above Tatties & Point in Lerwick. The offices are based in an ideal town centre location, as well as offering a fast broadband, access to two meeting rooms, a waiting room/break area and a kitchen.
The shared facilities consist of two separate toilets and a kitchen (with a coffee machine). While the space is technically office space, it would also be suited and utilised by a number of different businesses, such as beauticians, hairdressers or masseuses, for example.
The offices are both similar size at just over 20m2 and can come either furnished or unfurnished depending on preference of the interested party. The offices are private, with your own keys and your own time to come in & to go out!
